He was honest, upfront, reliable and very thorough. I called around to other companies and they wanted me to do a year contract and that's not what I needed for my parents. He even called again two weeks later to check up and has a 30 day guarantee. He showed up on time, was quick and answered all my questions. You won't be able to find a better price or customer service. The prices I was getting from other competitors was crazy high and he wasn't. You'd be dumb to go anywhere else.
